FAQS
WHAT CAN I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Please do not drink alcohol or use any type of blood thinning OTC medication (such as Ibuprofen and Aspirin) within 24 hours of your appointment.
Please refrain from sun exposure/tanning beds the 2 weeks prior to (as well as the 2 weeks after) your appointment. Get a good rest the night before, eat a full meal, and drink lots of water before coming in. We also recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing that will limit obstruction to the area which we will be tattooing.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
Please bring a government-issued photo ID (license, state ID, passport, etc.) with you to your appointment.
Please bring any reference material with you. The day of your tattoo appointment, please bring anything requested of you at your consultation. Feel free to bring your headphones, a tablet, book, magazine, bottle of water/any other non-alcoholic beverage with a lid, and light snacks if desired.
HOW MUCH WILL MY TATTOO COST?
The cost of your tattoo will all depend on its size, location, amount of detail, and the time needed to complete it. Pricing starts at $80 (shop minimum) for smaller tattoos and goes up from there.
For larger projects, pricing is determined by the length of the session and whether or not the tattoo is black & grey or color.
Sessions are priced according to the hourly rate, which is $200 an hour.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TATTOO?
We understand you want to get in as soon as possible, but please be as flexible as you can with us when booking your appointment.
For larger designs and coverups we recommend beginning the process by booking a consultation appointment. Consultations are free and can be done by either calling the shop or coming in.
You will meet with Manda on a set day and time for approximately 1/2 hour in order to review your vision as well as its location, sizing and details. If your tattoo appointment isn’t already booked, she will schedule you by the end of your consultation. We do request you put down a deposit at this time in order to hold the spot. The entire deposit will go towards the price of your tattoo, simply bring the remaining balance with you on the day of your appointment.
If for some reason you need to reschedule, call the shop within 24 hrs before your appointment time to move your time or day.
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON TATTOOING MINORS?
At this time it is not legal to tattoo minors in the State of Texas.
